Planning Permission

Fallon Architects will only go to planning permission stage once you are happy with the both the interior layout and the external appearance. We will provide all the necessary planning permission documents, submit the planning app and manage the process. In the rare occasion that planning permission is refused we will resubmit an agreed revised scheme and if necessary prepare planning appeal documents. This is all done to maintain our 95% success rate obtaining planning permission.

Fallon Architects will work with you to obtain other permission such as Consent to Alter for leasehold property, permission from utility companies. We will work together with other consultants such as structural engineers, party wall surveyors and building control approvers. We will provide all the necessary documents such as detail layout drawings, schedule of work with all the necessary specification for builders to price from. We will manage the tender process and help you choose a builder and pin down a start on site date.
